Emotional literacy for well-being, coexistence and social-emotional competencies. Programs and workshops for schools, companies, families, social organisations and public administrations.
Programs for students and support for teachers and school staff.
Emotional well-being, conscious leadership and stress management for teams and professionals.
Tools to improve communication, boundaries and family well-being.
ARRTE Emotional Intelligence is led by Mar Díaz, a trainer dedicated to bringing emotional literacy to schools, companies, families, social organisations and public administrations.
Her work has taken her to share this approach at forums such as UNED Ponferrada, in media outlets such as Canal 8 Bierzo, and in workshops for organisations such as ASPRODES — always with the same core idea: the emotional can be trained, and an organisation that takes care of it works better.
The conviction that emotional intelligence is not a luxury, but a necessity. That caring for the caregiver, listening to those who stay silent, and motivating those who doubt can change realities. And that success starts from within.
“Emotional literacy is not a luxury. It is a human need that remains unmet.”
ARRTE was born from a professional and personal journey shaped by that observation. After years working with young people, adults, families, professionals and prisons, one thing keeps repeating: many people live trapped in emotions they cannot identify or communicate, and therefore cannot manage. That lack of tools turns everyday life into suffering, conflict and disconnection.
The system does what it can, but it doesn't reach the emotional dimension of everyday life — especially for the most vulnerable groups, for people who don't ask for help out of unawareness or lack of resources, and for groups who find no safe spaces to learn how to regulate their emotions.
We've normalised living on autopilot, until emotional overload and frustration trigger anxiety, depression or isolation. Much of the population doesn't even know another way of living is possible, because they don't know emotional training exists and is within reach. ARRTE exists to change that.

“We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act, but a habit.”
— Will Durant, on Aristotle's thought
