ARRTE offers training, workshops and educational programmes in emotional intelligence, aimed at schools, companies, families and independent individuals or groups. These are training and personal or professional development services, and they do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or psychological or psychiatric treatment. All information published on this site is general in nature and does not replace an assessment by a qualified healthcare professional for any specific personal situation.

This site has a contact form where you can share your name, phone number, email, which program or workshop you're interested in, and an optional message. This information is sent directly to Mar Díaz and is used only to respond to your enquiry — it is never shared with third parties or used for advertising purposes.
The direct contact links (email and phone) open your own email or calling app: if you choose to write or call that way, the details you share are likewise handled manually and used only to respond to your enquiry.
This site does not set any cookies of its own. It does load fonts from Google Fonts' servers, which is needed to display the site's design, and this may mean your browser shares your IP address with Google under its own privacy policy.
If you accept the cookie notice shown at the bottom of the screen the first time you visit the site, we also use Google Analytics to understand, anonymously, how many people visit the site, where they come from, and which pages they find most useful.
